GRANT OF ACCESS EASEMENT
No Documentary Transfer, Tax Due Pursuant to R &T§ 11922
Mae. M. Wu, (hereinafter ' hereby grants to the City of Poway (hereinafter
"GRANTEE "), its successors, and assigns the right-of-way and incidents thereto for access
upon, over and across that certain real property in the City of'Poway, County of San Diego,
State of California, described as follows:
(See attached Exhibit'A" — Legal Description and Exhibit "B" — Plat)
The Grantor, for herself, her successors and assigns hereby waives any claim
for -any and all severance damages to Grantor's remaining property contiguous to the right -
of -way hereby conveyed by reason of the location, construction, landscaping, or
maintenance of this Easement.
This Easement runs with the land and is binding on the heirs, successors and'assigns of - .the
parties hereto.
