TO BE ODLnRCi~D ON THE PROPERTY TAX ROLL
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1985-1986
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway desires to have the Fire
Protection Fees, Sewer Annexation Fees, and Water District Assessments collected
on the property tax roll; and
WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the Poway City Council the amounts to be
collected have ~cn set forth in a public report and the public has ~-c~n allowed
to ~nt on these amounts and this action has ~--_~c~n duly advertised as required
by law; and
WHEREAS, this action is authorized by the laws of the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY DOES HE~Y FIbD,
RESOLVE, DETERMINE Aha) ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the sum of $443,016.16 shall be collected on the property tax
roll in the form of a Fire Protection Fee as authorized by Ordinance No. 61 of
the City of Poway.
Section 2. That the sum of $288.70 is due the sewer improv~nent district
representing 1/10 of the total annexation fees covering Kozy Crest Improv~nent
District 80-2. That said sum shall be collected as a Flat Charge Special
Assessment on the 1985-1986 San Diego County Tax Roll purs~mnt to the instruc-
tions and agr~------~ents between Pomerado county Water District and the county of
San Diego.
Section 3. That the sum of $3,255.40 is due the sewer improv~nent district
representing 1/10 of the total annexation fees covering Green Valley Improvement
District 80-1. That said sum shall be collected as a Flat Charge Special
Assessment on the 1985-1986 San Diego County Tax Poll pursuant to the instruc-
tions and agreements between Pomerado County Water District and the county of
San Diego.
Section 4. That the sum of $218,630.00 is required to be raised by taxation
for the payment of principal and interest on Asses~nent District No. 79-1, which
covers the service area lying generally south of Poway I~oad and north of Garden
Road and up to 1,000 feet in elevation. This sum shall be collected on the
1985-1986 San Diego county Tax Roll to provide for the payment of interest and
principal of said bonds at maturity.

Section 5. That the City Clerk is instructed to forward a certified copy of
this resolution to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors and the Auditor of the
County of San Diego.
