A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING
A "FOUR-WAY STOP" INTERSECTION AT
OAK KNOLL AND CARRIAGE ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code
permits the establishment of a "Four-Way Stop" intersection in
the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that a certain
"Four-Way Stop" intersection zone should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with
said Section 21351, a "Four-Way Stop" intersection at Oak
Knoll and Carriage Road is hereby established.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California at a regular meeting thereof this 15th
day of October, 1985.
