OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALTFORNIA,
RESPfETING AUTHORIZfD 0FFI~S DESIGNATfD TO
EXE(/]TE PUBLIC SE(J3RITIES, INSTRUMENTS OF
PAYMf~qT, ASI) I~S ON Bf~4~%LF OF THE CITY
WHEREAS, the City of Poway California in conducting affairs of the City is
required to execute public securities, instruments of payment and investments;
and
WHRREAS, it is necessary to designate authorized officers to execute said
documents on behalf of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does hereby find that authorized officers be
authorized to execute said document by affixing a manual or facsimile signature
in order that the affairs of the City may be properly ac~inistered;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~ CITY OF PGWAY, CALIFORNIA DOES
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
1. That until such authority is revoked the following positions:
Mayor
City Treasurer
City Manager
Director of Administrative Services
are authorized to sign and execute public securities, instruments of
payment, and investments by affixing a manual or facsimile signature on
behalf of the City.
2. That Resolution No. 84-005 is hereby rescinded.
