A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ODUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
ADOPTING BOURD~Y MAP SHOWING PROPERTIES
A~D lARD TO BE SERVI~D BY _~TAIN PUBLIC
CAPITAL FACILITIES IN A ~TY
FACILITIES DI~i'~ICT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway, California, (hereinafter
referred to as the "legislative body of the local Agency" ), has initiated pro-
ceedings to create a Cc~unity Facilities District pursuant to the terms and
provisions of the "Mello-Roos Cc~nunity Facilities Act of 1982", being Chapter
2.5, Part 1, Division 2, Title 5 of the Government Code of the State of
California. This Cc~unity Facilities District shall hereinafter be referred to
as
SOUTH POWAY O0~94UNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 1
(hereinafter referred to as the "District" ); and,
WH~IEAS, there has ~cn suP~itted a map showing the properties and parcels
of land proposed to be serviced by the in~provements and to be subject to a spe-
cial tax levied within the above-referenced District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLTOWS:
SECTION 1.

SECTION 3.
That the above recitals are all true and correct.
That the mp showing the properties and parcels of land to be
serviced by the proposed public capital facilities and to be
subject to a special tax levied within the above-referenced
District is hereby approved and adopted. Said mp is desig-
nated by the name of said District.
That the original of said map shall be kept on file in the
office of the City Clerk, and and a copy shall be on file in
the Office of the City Engineer.
