A RESOLSTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF T~E CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING THE RE~ORT PREPARED IN
CO~%~CTION WITH THE (~_~TION OF A
~TY FACILITIES DI~r~C~
WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA, (hereinafter
referred to as the "legislative body of the local Agency"), has declared its
intention to initiate pro--dings to create a fkx~nunity Facilities District pur-
~ant to the terms and provisions of the "Mello-RDos C~,,,~unity Facilities Act of
1982", being Chapter 2.5, Part 1, Division 2, Title 5 of the Government Code of
the State of California. This Oc,,t~unity Facilities District shall hereinafter
be referred to as
SOUTH POWAY ~TY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 1
(hereinafter referred to as the "District" ); and,
WHEREAS, this legislative body has hereby received, purs,,ant to the provi-
sions of Section 53321.5 of the Government COde of the State of California,
"Report" providing more detailed information relating to the proposed District,
the proposed public facilities and estimate of cost.
NOW, THERefORE, BE IT RESOLVSD AS FOLLOWS:
S~CTION 1. That the above recitals are all true and correct.
SECTION 2.

That DON (]WEN & ASSOCIATES, the appointed ENGINRR~ OF WORK,
has hereby prepared and s~,h~itted a "Report" presented this
night to this legislative body, said "Report" containing,
among other matters, information and data regarding a
description of the public facilities required to m~ct the
r~c~s of the District, data and information regarding the
estimate of the cost for providing said facilities, and data
relating to the rate or method of apportionment of the spe-
cial tax required to finance said public facilities.
The preparation of the Report is hereby ratified. The
Re~ort, as hereby s,,hnitted, is hereby approved and is made a
part of the record of the hearing regarding the creation of
the above-referenced District, and is ordered to be kept on
file with a record of these proccc~ings and open for public
inspection.
