A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY (3DUNCIL

A~D ~ CITY ASD AUTHORIZING THE
EX~J3TION ASD DELIVERY OF SAID LOAN
WHEREAS, the Poway R~develop~ent Agency ("Agency") is authorized to carry
out the redevelopment of the Paguay Redevelopment Project Area ("Project Area");
~, the City is authorized to provide financial assistance to the
Agency; and
WHEREAS, the City and the Agency propose in enter into a "Loan Agreement",
in the form suhnitted herewith;.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY O0UNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY DOES HE~RY RESOLVE AS
FOr.rr3WS:
Section 1: The City Council hereby approves the fora of the Loan Agreement
presented at the m~cting at which this resolution was adopted and hereby
authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute the Loan Agreement on behalf
of the City.
PASSED, ADOPTED ASD APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at an adjourned regular ~-cting thereof this 23rd day of December,
1985.
