DEED OF FULL RECONVEYANCE
The Poway Redevelopment Agency, the undersigned, the
present. Beneficiary, as.the owner and holder of the Note secured by Deed of Trust, dated January 6, 2004, made by
Stanley G. Kaminski and Tom G. Kaminski, Successor Co- Trustees of the Tessie Kaminski Trust dated May 31,
1991, as Trustor, to Chicago Title Company, as original Trustee, for Poway Redevelopment Agency, as
Beneficiary, which Deed of'Trust was recorded January 20, 2004 as Instrument No. 2004 - 0038468, Official
Records of San Diego County, California, hereby appoints and substitutes Poway Redevelopment Agency as
Trustee in lieu of the Trustee therein.
As such duly appointed and substituted Trustee, Poway Redevelopment Agency
hereby accepts said appointment as Trustee under the above Deed of Trust, and as successor Trustee, and pursuant
to the request of said owner and holder and in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust, does hereby
RECONVEY WITHOUT WARRANTY, TO THE PERSON OR PERSONS LEGALLY ENTITLED THERETO,
ALL the estate, title and interest now held by said trustee under said Deed of Trust. Wherever the text of this
document so requires, the singular includes the plural.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the owner and holder above named, and Poway Redevelopment Agency, as
successor Trustee, has caused this instrument to be executed, each in its respective interest.
