A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ESTABLISHING SCHOOLS FEES AS
REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 16.26 OF THE
POWAY MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway adopted Chapter
16.26 of the Poway Municipal Code dealing with school district fees
on February 11, 1986; and
WHEREAS, Section 16.26.080 of that Chapter requires the City
Council to review and approve the amounts of fees determined by the
school district at least once a year for the ensuing year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and concurs with the
method of calculation and fees utilized by the Poway Unified School
District as of February 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does
hereby resolve as follows:
The developer fees related to school district impacts to be
collected by the City of Poway shall be in accordance with
the fees schedule aescribed below and shall be reviewed by
the City Council annually:
Single Family Detached
Condominium (2+ bedrooms)
Condominium (1 bedroom)
Apartments (2+ bedrooms)
Apartments (1 bedroom)
Mobilehomes
Age-Restricted Units
(19 Years of Age & Older)

These fees shall be recalculated automatically every 60
days based upon information provided by the Poway Unified
School District related to changes in the construction cost
index (CCI) as described in Engineering News Record. The
recalculation shall be based on the following formula:
