~EAS, the City of Pow-ay and the Metropolitan Transit Develo~m~_nt Board
(M~DB) entered into a fund transfer agreement to erm~hle the City to procure and
install bus benches in the City of Poway paid for by funds held by M1DB; and
WHEREAS, uDaer the terms of the agr~-ment the city agrees that the City
would pay the cost to procure aD~ install said benches and that 5~DB would reim-
burse the City frcm the TDA reserve; and
~HEREAS, it is now necessary that the city appropriate fuDas to purcha~e
and inst~] 1 bus benches in the City;
NOW THEREFCRE BE IT Nw-qOLV~D, by the City Council, that the sum of $35,000
is hereby appropriated fr~ the unappropriated fund balance of Fund 19-8930 to
Fund 19-200-676 (Public Transit Fixtures).
