A RESOLUTION OF T~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF P(N4AY, CALTPf~qNIA, APPROVING A LOAN ~k~I~ENT
BY ASD BETW.:.~ THE CITY OF POWAY AhD THE SAN DI~GO R]~GION
WATER R]~CLAMATION ~I~CY AhD AUTHORIZING ~HE EX~fN3TION
I~IEREAS, the San Diego region Water Reclamation Agency ("Agency") is
authorized to carry out projects for the reclamation of water; and
V~5~EAS, the City is a member of the Agency and is authorized to provide
financial assistance to the ~3ency; and
WHHNbEAS, the city and the Agency propose to enter into a "Loan Agreement,"
in the fora suh~i'tted herewith to e_nahle the Agency to cu~m~_nce the selenate
re~oval project as soon as possible.
NOW ~H]~EFCRE, The City Council of the City of Poway does hereby resolve as
follows:
Section 1: The City Council hereby approves the form of the Loan Agreement
presented at the meeting at which this Resolution was adopted and hereby
authorizes the City Manager to execute the Loan Agr~------~_nt on behalf of the City.
