A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR STATE AND LOCAL FEES
FOR THE PROPOSED BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT
TERRITORY REORGANIZATION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway adopted a
Resolution of Application (Resolution No. 86-051) on May 20, 1986
initiating reorganization proceedings for the proposed "Bureau of
Land Management Territory Reorganization"; and
WHEREAS, the City of Poway, as lead agency and proponent of the
subject reorganization proposal has determined that it is
appropriate that the City is responsible for the payment of appli-
cable fees associated therewith; and
WHEREAS, the current fee schedules of the San Diego Local
Agency Formation Commission and the State Board of Equalization
call for processing fees of $2,100 and $1,430, respectively, and
said fees total $3,530; and
WHEREAS, the payment of fees to the appropriate agencies are due
upon the filing of an application for reorganization with said
agencies.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the sum of $3,530 is hereby
appropriated from the unappropriated fund balance of the General
Fund (Account 1-8930) to Account 1-302-515 (Advanced Planning -
State and Local Fees).
PASSED, and ADOPTED by the City Cg~cil of the City of Poway,
