(a) To preserve and protect in perpetuity the conservation values of the
Sycamore Tree arid the Property;
(b) To enter upon the Property at, :reasonable times in order'to r]1onitor

care and maintenance ofthe Property and the Sycamore,Tree,Qy:Grantee or its designees;
