Res 86-059RESOLUTION NO. 86-059 A RESOLUTION ~ THE CITY C(D%~IL C~ ~ CITY ~ PO~D~f, C~I'.T'I~C]RNIA, ESTABLISHINS ASSES~4ENTS FCR LANDSCAPE MAINT~g{~ DISTRICT NO. 86-1 TO BE COT.T.'h'¥'3I'SD C~N T'z{E PROPERTY ROLL FOR FISCAL YEAR 1986-87 ~EAS, the City Council of the City of Poway desires to have Landscape Maintenance District Assessa~_nts collected on the property tax roll; and ~REAS, at a regular ~ting of the Pow-ay City Council the amounts to be collected have been set forth in a public report and the public bas ~ allowed to cu,,ent on these ~unts and this action b~ ~ duly advertised as required by law; and ~REAS, this action is authorized by the laws of the State of California. NOW, THEREFORE ~ CITY C~UNCIL (~ T~E CITY (~ Pf~IAY DOES HER~Y FISI), RESOLVE, DETERMINE A~D CRD~ AS FOr.T~SWS: Section 1. The sum of $36,600 is required to be collected for maintenance cost of Land___~cape and Maintenance District 86-1. That said sum sb~ll be collected on the 1986-87 ._~a__n Diego County Tax Roll to provide for maintenance costs of the district.
