MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 86-2
FOR BISCAL ~ 1986-87
$~P. EAS, the City Council of the City of Poway desires to have T~ndscape
Ma(ntenance District Assessments collected on the property tax roll; and
~i4MREAS, at a regular meeting of the Poway City council the amounts to be
collected have ~_~n set forth in a public report and the public has ~n allowed
to c~,,~nt on these amounts and this action has ~n duly advertised as required
by law; and
WHEREAS, this action is authorized by the laws of the State of California.
NOW, T~MREFCRE THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF PfT~AY DOES HEREBY FIbD,
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AbD CRDER Ag FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The sum of $3,815 is required to be collected for maintenance
cost of r~ndscape and Maintenance District 86-2. That said sum shall be
collected on the 1986-87 San Diego County Tax Roll to provide for maintenance
costs of the district.
