ESTABLISHING ASSESSMENTS FCR IANDSCAPE
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 86-3

FOR FISCAL YEAR 1986-87
V~H~qEAS, the City Council of the City of Poway desires to have Landscape
M~intenance District Assessments collected on the property tax roll; and
~HEREAS, at a regu3ar .m~cting of the Poway City Council the amounts to be
collected have been set forth in a public r~port and the public has been allowed
to c<mment on these amounts and this action has been duly advertised as required
by law; and
WHEREAS, this action is authorized by the laws of the State of California.
NOW, TH~qEBY3RE ~HE CITY CC[INCIL (F THE CITY CF POWAY DOES HEP~Y FIND,
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AbD CRD~ AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The sum of $6,120 is required to be collected for maintenance
cost of Landscape and Maintenance District 86-3. That said sum shall be
collected on the 1986-87 San Diego County Tax Roll to provide for maintenance
costs of the district.
