DISTRICT NO. 1 FCR FISCAL YEAR 1986-87
~%EAS, the City Council of the City of Poway, California ban approved of
the formation of the South Poway CuL.,Lunity Facilities District No. 1 purse,ant to
the terms and provisions of the Mello-Roos Cu~m~unity Facilities Act of 1982, and
~%EAS, the City Council authorized the is~,ance of $30,000,000 in Special
Tax Bonds Series 1985 by the District, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 182 provides for the annabel setting of a special tax
rate 8m~unt to be levied on property within the District to service the prin-
cipal and interest due on the bonds.
NOW, THEREF(~, BE IT RES(]LV~D THAT the special t~_~ necessary to be
collected on property within the District for fiscal y~r 1986-87 is set at
$2,096,249.10 and that this ~mount is divided ~m~ong the six assessor's tax
parcels within the South Poway CuL%uunity Facilities District No. 1 as follows:
