PA~2IFIC SCRNE, INC., AND THE CITY OF POWAY, FOR
THE CONSTI~3CTICN OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL
AND t~CII~ING RESOLUTI(I~ NO. 85-024
WHEREAS, Pacific Scene, Inc. desires to have the City of Poway approve the
allocation of fees paid on TPM 16711, Pc~erado Plaza, and
WHEREAS, the ins~]]ation of the traffic sigDa] will provide better access
to the Pc~nerado Plaza develo~m~_nt, and
WHEREAS, after the installation of the traffic sigDal at Oak Knoll Road and
Poway Road, that the develcger be required to reconstruct that portion of the
me~___~an on the ~tern bounaary to its original configuration.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 85-024 incorrectly stated that the previously paid
bridge and thoroughfare fee was $68,996.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The City Council agrees to reimburse to Pacific Scene, Inc., at the end
of construction:
A. The previously paid fee of $3,700 for the developer's sh~re of the
traffic sigma] costs at Po~y Road and Oak Knoll Road.
B. The previously paid bridge and thoroughfare fee of $65,296.
2. Resolution No. 85-024 is hereby rescinded.
