HARMON ANNEXATION
the property described in Exhibit A requires sewer service; and
I~REAS, property ~,st be within the Sewer Improvement District to receive
sewer service; and
WHEREAS, the City Conrail of the City of P~ray has reviewed and considered
the annexation of the property to Sewer Improvement District of the City of
Pc~ray.
NU~, THEREF(RE, BE IT ~LV~D THAT:
1. The territory to be annexed is as described in E~hibit A.
2. The conditions of anD~_xation are:

The payment of the sum of $675.00 to the City of Poway for the
right and use of all existing property, r~! and persor~l of the
Sewer Improvement District.
The payment of all costs of said annexation, including but not
limited to advertising, engineering, and attorney's f~_s.
3. The inclusion of the territory in the Sewer ~mprovement Distirct is in
the best interest of the l~nd owners and the City of Poway.
4. The annexation ~-~ ~-cn reviewed pur~nt to the provisions of the
California Envirorm~ntal (~1 [ty Act, and ~ ~ found to be
u~8er C~$ 19 of Categorical Exemptions.

No City tax split shall occur due to this annexation. The property is
within the corporate boundary of the City of Poway and the annexation
is to an improvement district within the City.
6. The annexation of the territory described in Exhibit A shall becane
effective iamediately upon passage of the B~-~olution.
7. The City Clerk shall make the necessary filings required by law.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
BEING A PORTION OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST
QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 14
SOUTH, RANGE I WEST, SAN BERNARDINO MERIDIAN IN THE CITY OF
POWAY, COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCORDING
TO UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SURVEY APPROVED FEBRUARY 24, 1876
AND BEING MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE NORTH QUARTER CORNER OF SAID SECTION 18,
SAID POINT OF COMMENCEMENT BEING THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE EAST LINE OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER
