KING ANNEXATION
~w. EAS, the property described in Exhibit A requires sewer service; and
~FAS, property must be within the Sewer Improvement District to receive
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway has reviewed and considered
the annexation of the property to Sewer Impr~t District of the City of
Poway.
1. The territory to be annexed is as described in E~hibit A.
2. The conditions of annexation are:

The payment of the s~ of $ 1275 to the City of Poway for the
right and use of all existing property, real and personal of the
Sewer Improwment District.

The payment of all ~osts of said annexation, including but ncr
limited to advertising, engirm--~ring, and attorney's fees.
The inclusion of the territory in the Sewer Improv~_nt Distirct is in
the best interest of the land owners and the City of Poway.
The annexation ~s been reviewed purs-~nt to the previsions of the
California ~vironmantal Quality ~t, and b~.~ ~.~n found to be exempt
under C~a-~s 19 of Categorical Exemptions.
No City tax split shall occur due to this annexation. The property is
within the corporate bouna~y of the City of Poway and the annexation
is to an improvement district within the City.
The annexation of the territory described in Emhibit A shall become
effective ia..'~diately upon passage of the Resolution.
7. The City Clerk shall make the necessary filings requ/red by law.
