FOR FISCAL YEAR 1986-1987
I~%S, the City Council of the City of Paway desires to have the Fire
Protection Fees, Se~_r Annexation Fees, and Water District Assessments collected
on the property tax roll; and
1~F~S, at a regular m-~c~aing of the Poway City Council the amounts to be
collected have been set forth in a public re~ort and the public b~-~ been allowed
to c~Lm~__nt on these 8m~unts and this action b~.~ ~ duly advertised as required
by law; and
I~REAS, this action is authorized by the laws of the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, %~HE CITY C(/35~IL OF THE CITY OF POWAY DCffiS HF~RRY FIND,
RESOLVE, DEI~/~EENE ASD f~DER AS FOT.T~:
Section 1. That the sum of $453,533.28 shall be collected on the property tax
roll in the form of a Fire Protection Fee as authorized by Ordinance No. 61 of
the City of Poway.
Section 2. That the sum of $288.70 is due the sewer improvement district
representing 1/10 of the to~] annexation fees covering ~(z)zy Crest Improvement
District 80-2. That said sum shall be collected as a Flat C3~rge Special
Assessment on the 1986-1987 San Diego County Tax Roll purs,,~nt to the instruc-
tions and agr~-------aents between Pcmerado County Water District and the County of
San Diego.
Section 3. That the sum of $3,255.40 is due the sewer improvenent district
representing 1/10 of the to~l annexation fees covering Green Valley Improvenent
District 80-1. That said sum sb~]l be collected as a Flat Charge Special
Assessment on the 1986-1987 San Diego County Tax Roll purs,~ant to the instruc-
tions and agrccments between Pcmer_a_a_o County Water District and the County of
San Diego.
Section 4. That the sum of $215,920.00 is required to be raised by ~exation
for the payment of principal and interest on Assessment District No. 79-1, which
covers the service area lying generally south of Poway Road and north of C~rden
Rn~d and up to 1,000 f~t in elevation. This sum shall be collected on the
1986-1987 San Diego County Tax Roll to provide for the payment of interest and
principal of said bonds at maturity.

Section 5. That the City Clerk is instructed to for~s~d a certified copy of
this resolution to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors and the A~{ tor of the
County of San Diego.
