ARNS ANNEXATION
~HEREAS, the property described in Exhibit A requires sewer service; and
WHEREAS, property must be within the Sewer Inprowment District to receive
sewer service; and
~MEREAS, the City Council of the city of Poway has reviewed and considered
the annexation of the property to Sewer I~provement District of the City of
Poway.
1. The territory to be annexed is as described in Exhibit A.
2. ~he comd~tions of annexation are:

The payment of the sum of $875.00 to the City of Pcway for the
right and use of all existing property, real and personal of the
Sewer Imprint District.
The payment of all costs of said annexation, including but not
limited to advertising, engineering, and attorney's fees.
3. The inclusion of the territory in the Sewer Improvement Distirct is in
the best interest of the !and owners a~t the City of Poway.

The annexation bm.~ ~cn reviewed pursuant to the previsions of the
California Envirorm~ntal Quality Act, and hm~ been found to be exempt
u~der C_]~.~$ 19 of Categorical Exemptions.
5. No City tax split shall occur due to this annexation. The property is
within the corporate boum~ry of the city of Poway and the annexation
is to an improvement district within the City.
6. The annexation of the territory described in Exhibit A shmll beccme
effective imredia~y upon passage of the Resolution.
7. ~he City Clerk shall make the necessary filings required by law.
