BOGHOS ANNEXATION
~HEREAS, the property described in Exhibit A requires sewer service; and
WHEREAS, property m~.~t be within the Sewer Improvement District to receive
WH~%F~S, the City Council of the City of Pcway has reviewed and considered
the annexation of the property to Sewer Improvement District of the City of
Poway.
1. The territory to be annexed is as described in E~hibit A.
2. The conditions of annexation are:

The payment of the sum of $ 875.00 to the City of Poway for the
right and use of all existing property, real and perso~l of the
Sewer Improvement District.
The pa!m~nt of all costs of said annexation, including but not
limited to advertising, engineering, and attorney's fees.
3. The inclusion of the territory in the Sewer Improvement Distirct is in
the best interest of the land owners and the city of Poway.

The annexation ha~ been reviewed purs,,~nt to the provisions of the
California Environmantal Quality Act, a~ has been fouD~ to be exempt
under Class 19 of Categorical Exenptions.

within the corporate bour~y of the City of Poway a~ the annexation
is to an improvement district within the City.
6. ~he annexation of the territory described in E~hibit A sh~ll beccu~
effective i~m'ediately upon passage of the Resolution.
7. The City Clerk shall make the necessary filings required by law.

ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 314-133-34
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
BEING ALL OF LOT 6, A PORTION OF ADJACENT STREET AND THE EAST
ONE HALF OF THE ALLEY ADJOINING SAID LOT 6 ON THE WEST (AS
VACATED AND CLOSED), IN BLOCK 22, TRACT E, IN THE CITY OF
POWAY, COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCORDING TO
MAP THEREOF NO. 536, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY
