OPERATION OF CITY OF POWAY
RECREATIONAL FACTLTTT~R
WHEREAS, rules and rec3ulations for operation of City of Poway recreational
facilities have ~bcc~n ese~hlished to provide for the public b~lth, safety, and
welfare; and
WHEREAS, changes have been proposed due to the addition of facilities and
update of fee structure;
WHEREAS, these changes are recuL,te/~ded to the City Council for adoption by
the Council's Parks and l~creation Cu~,~,{tt~_; and
WHEREAS, these fees do not excc~ the cost of providing the service.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does hereby resolve as
follows:
1. The rules and regulations remain in force as previously adopted.
2. The fees for use of said facilities shall be adopted in the form
attached.
