LAMON ANNEXATION
the property described in Exhibit A requires sewer service; and
WHEREAS, property must be within the Sewer Improv~t District to receive
sewer service; and
WH~qEAS, the City Council of the City of Poway has reviewed and considered
the annexation of the property to Sewer Improvement District of the City of
Pow-ay.
1. The territory to be anne~=d is as described in E~hibit A.
2. The conditions of annexation are:

The palm~nt of the sum of $1275.00to the City of Poway for the
right and use of all existing property, real and personal of the
Sewer Improwment District.
b. The payment of all costs of said annexation, including but not
limited to advertising, engineering, and attorney's f~s.
The inclusi°n of the territory in the Sewer Improvement Distirct is in
the best interest of the la~ owners and the City of Poway.
The annexation ba~ ~-~-n reviewed pursuant to the provisions of the
California Environmental (~mlity Act, and b~.~ ~n found to be exempt
under Cl~.~s 19 of Categorical Ex~ptions.
No City tax split shall occur due to this annexation. The property is
within the corporate boundary of the City of Poway and the annexation
is to an improvenent district within the City.
The annexation of the territory described in Exhibit A sh~11 beccm~
effective immediately upon passage of the Resolution.
7. The City Clerk shall make the necessary filings required by law.
