SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND FULL RECONVEYANCE
WHEREAS, SHERRY LEE KNIGHT, was the original Trustor, COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING SERVICES, INC., the original
Trustee, and CITY OF POWAY, the original Beneficiary, under that certain Deed of Trust dated February 2, 1995 and recorded
February 8, 1995 as Instrument No. 1995 - 0058383 of Official Records of the County of San Diego, State of California and
WHEREAS, the undersigned present Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee under said Deed of Trust in place of
stead of COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING SERVICES, INC.. NOW, therefore, the undersigned hereby substitutes CITY OF POW" as
Trustee under said Deed of Trust. Said Trustee hereby accepts the appointment and does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
person or persons legally entitled thereto, the Estate, now held by him thereunder.
Whenever the context hereof so requires, the masculine gender includes the feminine and /or neuter, and the singular number
includes the plural.
