Those portions of Lots 12, 13 and 14 in Block 17 of Piermont, in the City of Poway,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 331, filed in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, May 27, 1887, together with a
portion of the Westerly 10 feet of Brighton Avenue, closed by Resolution of the Board of
Supervisors of San Diego County, recorded January 26, 1966 as File No. 15069 of Official
Records; together with that portion of Saint Albans Court (closed) lying Westerly of said
Brighton Avenue, described as a whole as follows:
Commencing at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 16, Block 17 of said Map No. 331; thence
along the Easterly line of the alley lying within said Block 17, Southerly 186.00 feet to the
Southwesterly corner of land described in Deed to Roger L. Carpenter, et ux, recorded
February 8, 1968 as File NO. 22305 and the True Point of Beginning thence continuing
along said Easterly line 100.00 feet more or less, to a line that is 100.00 feet Southerly of

of the Kelly Family Trust dated September 18, 1997, to the Poway Redevelopment
Agency, a political corporation and /or governmental agency, is hereby accepted by the
undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the Board of Directors pursuant to authority
conferred by Resolution No. R -87 -18 adopted on July 21 1987, and the grantee
consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer or agent.
