A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A NO-U-TURN
AT THE INTERSECTION OF POWAY ROAD AND ESPOLA ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code permits the
establishment of a NO-U-TURN Sign in the City of Poway; and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that a certain NO-U-TURN Sign
should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said Section
21351 of the California Vehicle Code, a NO-U-TURN Sign be established at
the intersection of Poway Road and Espo~a Road.
PASSED, ADOPTED, and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California at a regular meeting thereof this 7th day of October,
1986.
