GRIMES ANNEXATION
~HEREAS, the property described in E~hibit A requires sewer service; and
WHEREAS, property must be within the Sewer Improve~t District to receive
WHEREAS, the City CouD~il of the City of Pow-ay has reviewed and considered
the annexation of the property to Sewer Improvement District of the City of
Poway.
1. The territory to be annexed is as described in Exhibit A.

right and use of all existing property, real and personal of the
Sewer lmprov~-~nt District.
b. The payment of all costs of said annexation, including but not

The inclusion of the territory in the Sewer Imp~t Distirct is in
the best interest of the land c~ners and the City of Poway.
The annexation ~ ~-cn reviewed pursuant to the provisions of the
California Envir~tal ~lity Act, and b~-~ been found to be exempt
un~_r Cl~.~s 19 of Categorical Exemptions.
No City tax split shall occur due to this annexation. The property is
within the corporate bouDa~ry of the City of Poway and the annexation
is to an improverent district within the city.
