WOOD ANNEXATION
~, the property described in Exhibit A requires sewer service; and
~{EREAS, property ~m~.~t be within the Se~er Iaprovsment District to receive
sewer service; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway has reviewed and considered
the annexation of the property to Sewer Improvement District of the City of
Pc~ay.
1. The territory to be annexed is as de-~ribed in Exhibit A.
2. The conditions of annexation are:

The payment of the sum of $899.00 to the City of Poway for the
right and use of all existing property, real and person~! of the
Sewer Imprint District.

The payment of all costs of said annexation, including but not
limited to advertising, engineering, and attorney's fees.
The inclusion of the territory in the Sewer ~.?rov~ment Distirct is in
the best interest of the land owners and the City of Pow-ay.
The annexation h~-~ ~cn reviewed pursuant to the previsions of the
California Envirorm~antal Quality Act, and ~-~ ~ found to be ex~pt
under ~3~.~$ 19 of Categorical Exemptions.
5. No City tax split shall occur due to this annexation. The property is
within the corporate bouDa~y of the City of Poway and the annexation
is to an improvement district within the City.
6. The annexation of the territory described in Exhibit A shall bec~e
effective i~diately upon passage of the Resolution.
7. The City Clerk shall make the necessary filings required by law.
