FISCAL YEAR 1986-1987 ASD
APPROPRIATING THE FUbDS N~CESSARY TO
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway approved the 1986-1987
Fiscal Y~r Operating and Capital Improv~uent Budget on June 24, 1986; and
~}~q~AS, the financial plan provides for the appropriation of monies for
Capital Improv~ent Projects; and
WHEREAS, following the date of the adoption of the 1986-1987 budget, the
City of Pow~y received approval of the bond issues and proceed_~.~ therefrcr~ and
Wf{EREAS, the sale of Certificates of Participation provides the City of
Poway with additional funds to be used for Capital Improveuent Projects.

Section 2: The City Manager is authorized to make such changes in the
operating and capital improvement budget totals during the 1986-1987 fiscal y~r
as he may, from time to time, deem desirable and necessary in order to m~_~t the
city's n~--~- ~.
Section 3: The Capital Improvement Projects of the City of Poway are in
conformance with the City of Poway Comprehensive plan as governed by Section
65402 of the California Government Code.
Section 4: (~ly those portions specifically a~ressed in this amending
resolution are to be considered as budget amendments. Ail other aspects of the
budget adoption resolution r~in in force.
