W EREAS, POWAY FAMILY HOUSING PARTNERS, L.P., a California limited partnership, was
the origin I trustor and borrower, CHICAGO TITLE COMPANY, a California corporation, was the original
trustee, nil -the POWAY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, a public body, corporate and politic, was the
original beneficiary, under that certain deed of trust dated December 22, 2009, and recorded on
December 22, 2009 as Instrument No. 2009 - 0704719 of Official Records of San Diego County, California,
concerning land therein situated in the City of Poway, County of San Diego as described therein:
WHEREAS, the undersigned beneficiary desires to substitute a new trustee under aforesaid deed
of trust in place of CHICAGO TITLE COMPANY.
NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned hereby substitutes itself as trustee under aforesaid deed of
trust and does hereby RECONVEY, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the
estate now by it thereunder. Beneficiary a -d Trustee
