DEED OF FULL RECONVEYANCE
Documentary transfer tax pursuant to Gov't
Code sections 6103 and 27383
WHEREAS, in August 2006, the Poway Redevelopment Agency (Agency)
provided a Commercial Rehabilitation Loan (Loan) to the Poway- Plaza, LLC
(Borrower), for improvements to the properties located at 13301 - 13385, 13397
Poway Road; and
WHEREAS, the Loan was secured by a Deed of Trust with Assignment of
Rents executed by Luis A. Lutteroth for the Poway Plaza,' LLC, to Agency as
Trustee and Beneficiary, dated August 8, 2006, and recorded as Document No.
2006- 0588461 on August 17, 2006, in the Official Records of the Office of the
County Recorder, San Diego County, California; and
WHEREAS, the Loan has now been satisfied in full
NOW THEREFORE, the Agency does hereby reconvey unto the parties
regally entitled thereto without warranty, all right, title, and interest that was
heretofore acquired by the Agency under the said Deed of Trust with Assignment
of Rents.
