LOS LOMAS ESTATES ANNEXATION
~EREAS, the property described in Emhibit A requires sewer service; and
I~IEREAS, property must be within the Sewer Improvement District to receive
sewer service; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pow-ay has reviewed and considered
the annexation of the property to Sewer Improvement District of the City of
Poway.
1. The territory to be annexed is as described in Exhibit A.
2. The conditions of annexation are:
The payment of the sum of $14,025 to the City of Pow-ay for the
right and use of all existing property, r~l and person] of the
Sewer Improvement District.
b. The payment of all costs of said annexation, including but not
limited to advertising, engineering, and attorney's f~_s.
The inclusion of the territory in the Sewer Improvement Distirct is in
the best interest of the !and owners and the City of Poway.
The annexation has ~cn reviewed pursuant to the provisions of the
California Environmental ~3 ity ~t, and ~ been found to be exempt
un,er Cl~s 19 of Categorical Exemptions.
5. No City ~ax split sha]l occur due to this annexation. The property is
within the corporate bou~y of the City of Poway and the annexation
is to an improvement district within the City.
6. The annexation of the territory described in Exhibit A sha]] beccm~
effective L,.,~diately upon passage of the Resolution.
7. The City Clerk shall make the necessary filings required by law.
