A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POW~Y,
CALIFORNI~ AUTP~RIZING THE INSTATIATION OF
FLASH/NG SI~qALS AT MARTINOOIT ROAD AT
PAI1FfED BOCK F~.~.N~NTARY SCHOOL
~MEREAS, Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code permits
local authorities to install flashing ~arning signals, as necessary,
and
~x~%EAS, in accorS~nce with Section 21367 of the California
Vehicle Code, it has been determined that traffic conditions in
the vicinity of Painted Rock Elen~ntary School, warrants the
installation of the flashing warning signals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with said
Sections 21351 and 21367, flashing warning sigo~ls be installed;
one north and one south of Painted Rock Elementary School.
