~IEREAS, the property described in Exhibit A requires sewer service; and
WHEREAS, property m;%~_t be within the Sewer Improvement District to receive
sewer service; and
~MEREAS, the City Council of the city of Poway bas reviewed and considered
the annexation of the property to Sewer Improvement District of the City of
Poway.
1. The territory to be annexed is as described in Exhibit A.
2. The conditions of annexation are:

The payment of the sum of $635.00 to the city of Poway for the
right and use of all existing property, real and personal of the
Sewer Improvenent District.
b. The payment of all costs of said annexation, including but not
limited to advertising, engineering, and attorney' s fees.
The inclusion of the territory in the Sewer Improv~nent Distirct is in
the best interest of the !and owners and the City of Poway.
The annexation h~s ~n reviewed pursuant to the provisions of the
California Environmental ~m]ity Act, and baa bc~n fouD~l to be ex~f~t
under Cia,s 19 of Categorical Ex~ptions.
No City emx split shall occur due to this annexation. The property is
within the corporate boundary of the City of Poway and the annexation
is to an improvement district within the City.
The annexation of the territory described in Exhibit A sba1 1 beccme
effective in~ed_ lately upon passage of the l~solution.
7. The City Clerk sba11 make the necessary filings required by law.
PASSED, ADOFi'~3 AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 25th day of November, 1986.

BEING A PORTION OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST
QUARTER AND THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF
SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 14 SOUTH, RANGE I WEST, SAN BERNARDINO
MERIDIAN, IN THE CITY OF POWAY, COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SURVEY

COMMENCING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE CENTERLINE OF ESPOLA
