A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY'S FINANCIAL PROGRAM
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2011 -2012
WHEREAS, on June 21, 2011, the City Council of the City of Poway adopted
the Poway Financial Program for Fiscal Year 2011 -12; and
WHEREAS, a first quarter review of activity has determined that certain
amendments to the Fiscal Year 2011 -12 Poway Financial Program are necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
that the additional appropriations, transfers, and loans listed in Exhibit "A" and
incorporated herein by this reference are approved.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
at a regular meeting this 18 day of October, 2011.
