A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA APPOINTING A
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE SAN DIEGO
REGIONAL WATER RECLA/~ATION
AGENCY, AND RE$C~I~.G
RESOLUTION NO. 72
WHEREAS, on February 3, 1981, the City Council of the
City of Poway adopted Resolution No. 72 appointing Mary Shephardson
as the representative to the San Diego Regional Water Reclamation
Agency, and Bruce Tarzy as the alternate representative, and
WHEREAS, as a member of the San Diego Regional Water
Reclamation Agency, the City of Poway is entitled to one
representative on the BOard of Directors of the San Diego
Regional Water Reclamation Agency and an alternate represent-
ative to represent the City in the absence of the representative.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that:
Section 1:
At its meeting of December 23, 1986, the Mayor
of the City of Poway, California recommended
the appointment of Councilmember Don Higginson
as the representative to the San Diego Regional
Water Reclamation Agency and Mayor Bruce Tarzy
as the alternate representative.
Section 2: The City Council of the City of Poway, California
hereby consents and approves of said appointment.
Section 3: Resolution No. 72 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED, ADOPTED, and APPROVED by the City Council of the City
of Poway, California at a regular meeting this 13 day of January, 1987.
