A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
ORDERING THE FORMATION OF POWAY LANDSCAPE
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 87-1
WITH WRITTEN CONSENT OF ALL PROPERTY OWNERS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway, California, desires to form
Poway Landscape Maintenance Assessment District No. 87-1 for the purposes of
maintaining, servicing, and operating public landscape facilities located within
the territory comprising said District, as shown in Exhibit "A," pursuant to the
Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972; and
WHEREAS, the record owner of all the real property within said territory has
given written consent to the proposed formation pursuant to California Streets &
Highways Code Section 22608.1; and
WHEREAS, the public interest and convenience require the maintenance, ser-
vice and operation of public landscape facilities within said territory.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does hereby resolve as
follows:
The foregoing recitals are true and correct and the City Council so
finds and determines.

All of that certain territory described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
is hereby formed into Poway Landscape3 Maintenance Assessment District
No. 87-1.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting thereof this 27th day of January, 1987.
