OF THE CITY OF POWAY, C~T.TFORNIA,
ANNEXING TERI{IT~RY IO ~HE S5%?~R IMP{
DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF POWAY
V~S, the property described in Exhibit A requires sewer service; and
WHEREAS, property must be within the Sewer Improv~ent District to receive
sewer service; and
~HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway ban reviewed and considered
the annexation of the property to Sewer Improv6~nent District of the City of
Poway.
1. The territory to be annexed is as described in Exhibit A.
2. The conditions of annexation are:

The payment of the sum of $875.00 to the City of Poway for the
right and use of all existing property, real and personal of the
Sewer Improvement District.
b. The payment of all costs of said annexation, including but not
limited to advertising, e~gineering, and attorney's fees.
The inclusion of the territory in the Sewer Improv~nent Distirct is in
the best interest of the land owners and the City of Po~ay.
The annexation bag ~_-~n reviewed pursuant to the provisions of the
California Enviror~ental Quality ~t, and ham b~n found to be ex~t
under C3a~s 19 of Categorical Ex~-%>tions.
No City tax split shall occur due to this annexation. The property is
within the corporate boundary of the city of Poway and the annexation
is to an improv~nent district within the City.
6. The annexation of the territory described in Exhibit A shall bec(x~
effective in~nediately upon passage of the t~solution.
7. The City Clerk shall make the necessary filings required by law.

BEING ALL OF LOTS 4, 5, AND 21 AND PORTIONS OF ADJACENT STREETS
IN BLOCK 22, TRACT "E" IN THE CITY OF POWAY, COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCORDING TO MAP THEREOF NO. 536, FILED IN
THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY, MAY 7, 1888 AND
