Anton M. Pantone and Virginia B. Pantone, as Owners, and Anton M. Pantone and Virginia B.
Pantone, Trustees of the Pantone Family 1993 Trust Dated February 17, 1993, ('OWNERS"
hereinafter) are the owners of real property described in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof and which is commonly known as Assessor's Parcel Number 278-240-21,
located at Eastern Terminus of Eastvale Road and its intersection with Canyon Pass, Poway,
CA ("PROPERTY" hereinafter). Tentative Parcel Map No. 00-04 approved the subdivision of
the PROPERTY.
Notice is hereby given that the PROPERTY is burdened by the terms and conditions, which are
summarized as follows.. Said conditions are binding upon future property owners:
OWNERS agree to participate in the formation of a special assessment district for the
construction and installation for the upgrade of the Skyridge Reservoir. OWNERS further
acknowledge that the cost and expenses for said improvements will be assessed over all
properties benefited from the works of improvement and OWNERS also acknowledge that the
PROPERTY will be assessed for its proportionate share of the costs of the work of
improvement. OWNERS waive any rights, at the time, to protest or object to the formation of
the assessment district.
