A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
CF THE CITY OF P(Y~AY, CAT.TWORNIA,
DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF PfYNAY
the property described in Exhibit A requires sewer service; and
WHEREAS, property must be within the Se~_r Improven~nt District to receive
sewer service; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway ha-~ reviewed and considered
the annewation of the property to Sewer Improv~_~nt District of the City of
Poway.
NOW, ]THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
1. The territory to be annexed is as described in Exhibit A.
2. The conditions of annexation are:

The payment of the sum of $875.00 to the City of Poway for the
right and use of all existing property, real and persor~l of the
Sewer Improvement District.
The payment of all costs of said annexation, incl~wt{ng but not
limited to advertising, engineering, and attorney' s fees.
3. The inclusion of the territory in the Sewer Improvenent Distirct is in
the best interest of the land owners and the City of Poway.
The annexation barn been reviewed pursuant to the provisions of the
Cml ifornia Enviroranental Quality B~t, and has been found to be ex~npt
under Class 19 of Categorical Exu~-~tions.
No City tax split sbe]l occur due to this annexation. The property is
within the corporate boundary of the City of Poway and the annexation
is to an improv~ent district within the City.
6. The annexation of the territory described in Exhibit A shall beccme
effective iamediately upon passage of the Resolutioa.
7. The City Clerk shall make the necessary filings required by law.
