Res 87-020 RESOLUTION NO. 87-020 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA REDUCING THE REQUIRED WIDTH OF IRIS LANE WHEREAS, the Poway City Council approved a final map of TPM 17183 on October 6, 1986, and WHEREAS, the tentative map conditions required the private streets serving this map to be paved to thirty-two feet in width, and WHEREAS, the construction of the section of Iris Lane from Donart Drive to Paradise Drive could have a severe impact on adjacent properties, and WHEREAS, said section of Iris Lane can safely convey the anticipated private traffic at a reduced width, and WHEREAS, reducing the width of said section of Iris Lane will significantly reduce the adverse impact on adjacent properties. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council does hereby find that the reduction of Iris Lane to twenty-four feet in width is in substantial conformance with Tentative Parcel Map No. 17183.
