A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE ANNEXATION OF CITY OF
POWAY TRACT 3545 INTO POWAY LANDSCAPE
MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 86-01
WHEREAS, the City of Poway Tract Map 3545 was filed on
July 15, 1982 as Map No. 10432 of the official records of
San Diego County.
WHEREAS, the owner of record of City of Poway Tract 3545
has requested that landscaping associated with dedicated right
of way and all equestrian/pedestrian trails and related facilities
within City of Poway Tract 3545 be eligible for maintenance through
owner participation in a landscape maintenance district; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the City
of Poway, California to annex the above referenced tract into
Poway Landscape Maintenance Assessment District 86-01.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does
hereby resolve the following:
Pursuant to Article 2, Chapter 2, Part 2,
Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972,
Section 22605 through 22608.2 inclusive,
dedicated right of way and all equestrian/
pedestrian trails within City of Poway
Tract 3545 are annexed into Poway Landscape
Maintenance District 86-01.

Proposed assessments shall be as detailed
in the "Engineers Report for Poway
Landscape Maintenance Assessment District
86-01 for 1986-87."
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the
City of Poway, California at a regular meeting thereof this
7th day of April, 1987.
