A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
ACCEPTING A LAND GRANT OF LOT 32, CITY OF POWAY TRACT 3994,
MAP NO. 10596~ FROM THE FIELDSTONE COMPANY TO THE CITY OF POWAY
WHEREA~S, The Fieldstone Company is the owner of Lot 32, City of
Poway Tract 3994, Map No. 10596, and
WHEREAS, said Lot 32 is presently and totally encumbered by an
open-space easement granted to the City of Poway through the recor-
dation of said map on February 16, 1983, and
WHEREAS, The Fieldstone Company wishes to grant in fee simple
title, said Lot 32 to the City of Poway, and
WHEREAS, there is no remuneration from the City of Poway to The
Fieldstone Company for said land grant, and
WHEREAS, acceptance of said land grant is in the best interest of
the City of Poway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Poway does determine and order as follows:
1. The City of Poway does hereby accept the following
described property from The Fieldstone Company:
Lot 32, City of Poway Tract 3994, Map No. 10596,
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Diego County on February 16, 1983.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to certify to the passage of this resolution and
to cause its recordation in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California at a regular meeting thereof this 2nd day of June
1987.
