A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
APPOINTING MARK WESTON AS ITS REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, Don Higginson, Mayor of the City of Poway, has designated and
appointed Mark Weston to serve as the representative on the Board of Directors of the San
Diego County Water Authority; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approves said designation and appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
that the designation and appointment of Mark Weston is hereby approved beginning
December 6, 2011.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway at a
regular meeting this 6` day of December, 2011.
