Res 87-063 RESOLUTION NO. 87-063
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
SUPPORTING THE "SOUTHERN CAJ. IFORNIA WATER POLICY"
WHEREAS, representatives of public agencies throughout
Southern California have been working to draft a comprehensive
water policy for our area; and
WHEREA~S, the principles set forth in the policy reflect a
reasonable approach to water supply and conservation throughout
the state; and
WHEREAS, support for the policy by the region's cities, will
improve the chances of developing a statewide consensus on water
issues.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Poway City Council
supports the "Southern California Water Policy".
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED, by the City Council of the
City of Poway, California at a regular meeting thereof, this
9th day of June, lg87.
