A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING
A "NO STANDING OR PARKING"
ZONE AT THE INTERSECTION OF COMUNA DRIVE
AND HOLLY TREE LANE AND THE NORTH SIDE
OF HOLLY TREE LANE.
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code
permits the establishment of a "No Standing or Parking" zone
in the City of Poway, and;
WHEREAS, The City Council has determined that a certain
"No Standing or Parking" zone should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with
Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code a "No Standing
or Parking" zone is hereby established as follows:

The easterly curb return of the intersection
of Comuna Drive and Holly Tree Lane from
approximately 15 feet northerly of the fire
hydrant to 16 feet south easterly of the point
of curve return on Holly Tree Lane.
The westerly curb return of the intersection of
Comuna Drive and Holly Tree Lane from approximately
10 feet westerly of the existing storm drain to 35
feet south easterly of the point of curve return
on Holly Tree Lane.
An approximately 16 foot length of curb centered
on the existing Pacific Telephone Company
easement on the northerly side of Holly Tree
Lane.

An approximately 35 foot length of curb centered
on the existing street located on the westerly
side of the Holly Tree Lane Cul-De-Sac.
PASSED, ADOPTED, and APPROVED by the City Council of
the City of Poway, California at a regular meeting thereof
this 23rd day of June 1987.
