A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING
A "NO STANDING OR PARKING"
ZONE AT THE SOUTH SIDE CURB OF TUSCARORA DRIVE
BETWEEN THE RESIDENCES NUMBERED 13041 AND 13065
WHEREAS, Section 22507 of the Califorhia Vehicle Code
permits the establishment of a "No Standing or Parking" zone in
the City of Poway, and;
WHEREAS, The City Council has determined that a certain "No
Standing or Parking" zone should be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with
Section 22507 of the California Vehicle Code a "No Standing or
Parking" zone is hereby established as follows:
The south side curb of Tuscarora Drive between the
residences numbered 13041 and 13065.
PASSED, ADOPTED, and APPROVED by the City Council of
the City of Poway, California at a regular meeting therof this
21st day of July 1987.
