A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
RECOMMENDING THAT THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY
APPOINT MR. ALAN ARCHIBLAD TO THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN DIEGO REGION RECLAMATION AGENCY
WHEREAS, the Pomerado County Water District and its successor, the City of
Poway have been members of the San Diego Region Water Reclamation Agency since
the Agency's inception July 1, 1977; and
WHEREAS, the City of Poway is planning the implementation of a City Water
Reclamation Plant with $400,000 being budgeted in 1987-88 for its design; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Alan Archibald has been a member of the San Diego County Water
Authority Board of Directors since October, 1982; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Alan Archibald has been a member of the Management Committee of
the San Diego Region Water Reclamation Agency since October, 1982.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Poway reco~.ends that Mr. Alan Archibald be appointed by the San Diego County
Water Authority Board of Directors to the Board of Directors of the San Diego
Region Reclamation Agency.
